1526.31 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.

(a) The Board of Building Appeals is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by the procedures set forth in Chapter 1503.

(b) Records of the Board of Building Appeals shall be kept and filed in City Hall at 6611 Ridge Road, Parma, Ohio.
