§ 35.56  RECORD OF PROCEEDING.
   At the discretion of the hearing officer an audio-taped, video-taped, or stenographic transcription of the proceeding may be ordered.  Cameras, audio or video recorders, or other electronic means of data preservation will not be allowed without the consent of the hearing officer.
