§ 35.53  HEARING OFFICER.
   A hearing officer or officers will be nominated by the Mayor or the City Administrator and appointed by the City Council.  If the City Council cannot agree upon the appointment of a hearing officer then the City Council, upon notice, will serve as the hearing panel at a regular meeting or special meeting called for that purpose.
