§ 151.134  WATER SUPPLY STANDARDS.
   (A)   The City of Park Rapids municipal water system must be used where available and within 200 feet of a structure.
   (B)   All public or private supplies of water for domestic purposes must meet or exceed the standards for water quality of the Minnesota Department of Health.
   (C)   Private wells must be located, constructed, maintained, and sealed in accordance with the Water Well Construction Code of the Minnesota Department of Health.
