§ 32.07  ASSISTANT CHIEFS.
   The Chief shall establish a chain of command between the 2 Assistant Chiefs.  In the absence or disability of the Chief, the highest ranking Assistant Chief present shall perform all the functions and exercise all the authority of the Chief.
