§ 32.06  PRACTICE DRILLS.
   The Chief shall, when the weather permits, hold a monthly practice drill of at least 1 hour’s duration for the Fire Department and shall give or arrange for instructions to the firefighters in approved methods of fire fighting and fire prevention.
