§ 32.03  CHIEF TO HAVE FIRE MARSHAL DUTIES.
   The Chief shall have the duties of a Fire Marshal.  He or she shall be charged with the enforcement of all ordinances aimed at fire prevention.  He or she shall have full authority to inspect all premises and to cause the removal or abatement of all fire hazards.
