§ 151.008  SEVERABILITY.
   This chapter and the various parts, sentences, paragraphs, sections and clauses thereof are hereby declared to be severable.  If any part, sentence, paragraph, section or clause is judged to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, the finding shall not affect the remaining portions of this chapter.
