(A) The use of any land, the use of shoreland, the size and shape of lots, the use, size, type, and location of structures on lots, the installation and maintenance of water supply and waste treatment systems, the grading and filling of any shoreland area, the cutting of shoreland vegetation, the erection or placement of signs, and the subdivision of land shall be in full compliance with the terms of this chapter and other applicable regulations.
(B) The construction of buildings and sewage treatment systems, the erection or placement of signs, and grading and filling in shoreland areas shall require a permit unless specifically excluded by the requirements of this chapter.
