§ 121.09  TAXICAB DRIVERS.
   No person, either the operator or employee of any operator, shall drive a taxicab in this city without first having been specially licensed as a chauffeur under Minnesota Statutes.  Every driver shall display the chauffeurs license badge conspicuously upon his or her coat or cap as therein provided.
