Before any permit shall be issued, each applicant shall first file evidence of possession of liability insurance in the minimum amounts of$500,000 for bodily injury or death of 1 person and $1,000,000 aggregate and$50,000 property damage, indemnifying the city or any person injured or damaged resulting form the pursuit of the endeavors as herein described.
