§ 31.07  CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
   If any appointed Commission member shall find that private or personal interests are involved in any manner coming before the Commission, the member shall disqualify himself or herself from taking part in action on the matter, or the member may be disqualified by the Chairperson of the Commission.
