§ 31.06  OFFICERS.
   (A)   At the first meeting of each new year, the Commission shall elect from among those of its members, a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson.  The Commission may create such other offices as it may determine appropriate.
   (B)   The secretary to the City Planner shall serve as the secretary to the Advisory Airport Commission.
