(A) The Council in and for the City of Park Rapids, Minnesota, shall act as a Board of Review under this chapter.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation may register an appeal with the Council for a review of any decision of the City Building Inspector, provided that the appeal is made in writing within 5 days after the person, firm or corporation shall have been notified of the decision by the City Building Inspector. Upon receipt of the appeal the Council shall proceed to determine whether the action of the City Building Inspector complies with this chapter and at its next regularly scheduled meeting shall make a decision in accordance with its findings.
