§ 31.05  TERMS OF OFFICE.
   (A)   Terms of office shall be for 3 years, provided however, that in first establishment of the Commission, 1 member was appointed for a 1-year term, 1 for a 2-year term and 1 for a 3-year term.
   (B)   The Mayor shall appoint 1 Councilperson as ex-officio member to the Advisory Airport Commission.  The ex-officio member shall be appointed for a 1-year term.
