§ 118.02  PERMITTED PLUMBERS.
   Plumbers permitted by the City of Park Rapids or by the State Board of Health pursuant to Chapter 115, Plumbers, of the Park Rapids City Code shall not be required to obtain a separate permit for the operation of a backhoe in the installation or repair of sewer or water lines.
