§ 31.04  MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The Advisory Airport Commission shall consist of 5 members appointed by the City Council.
   (B)   The Mayor, with the approval of the City Council, shall also appoint 1 ex-officio member from the membership of the City Council to serve as liaison with the Advisory Airport Commission.  The ex- officio member shall be a voting member.
