§ 117.02  REGULATION.
   Any person operating a junk yard or automobile wrecking business shall keep the premises in a neat and orderly condition.  All premises shall be enclosed by a tight board fence of even height and at least 7 feet high which shall be kept in neatly painted condition.  No junk or auto parts shall be allowed to remain outside the fence.
