Any person, partnership or corporation desiring to establish and/or maintain a junk yard, general wrecking yard or automobile wrecking yard or business in the City of Park Rapids, shall make written application to the Council for a permit setting forth his or her name and address, and the legal description of the premises upon which it is granted. The fee for every permit shall be established by the Council and listed in Chapter 36 of this code. All permits shall expire on December 31 following their issuance. The permits can be renewed from year to year upon application to the Council on payment of the fee established in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 36.
