§ 30.43  SEPARATE OFFICES FOR CITY CLERK AND TREASURER.
   The Office of City Clerk and City Treasurer will be separate Offices.  Legal responsibilities for the separate offices are set forth in Minnesota Statutes, federal law and the City of Park Rapids Personnel Policies I include related Job Descriptions.
