§ 96.069  REVIEW BY POLICE CHIEF.
   Once an application for a parade permit has been received, the City Clerk shall forward the application to the Chief of Police for his or her review.  Any comments or recommendation made by the Chief of Police shall be forwarded to the City Council at the time the application is considered for approval or denial.  The City Council shall take the Chief of Police's comments and recommendations into account when approving or denying a permit application.
