§ 96.011  POSTINGS AND CIRCULATIONS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall attach any ribbons, pictures, tokens, leaflets, handbills, notices, pamphlets, circulars, or any other written materials, on any publically owned street light or electrical pole within the city limits.
