(A) Compliance required. Every permittee shall have the duties set forth in this chapter.
(B) Inspection. He or she shall permit at reasonable times inspections of his or her business and examination of his or her books and records by authorized officers or employees.
(C) Compliance with law. He or she shall comply with laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to the permitted business, activity, or property.
(D) Display of permit.
(1) He or she shall display the permit in a conspicuous place on the premises, vehicle, or device to which the permit relates.
(2) If the permit is not so related, the permit shall be carried on the permittee's person whenever he or she is carrying on the permitted activity.
(E) Unlawful disposition. The permittee shall not lend or give to any other person his or her permit or permit insignia.
