(A) Fee established. Permit fees are in the amounts established in the governing sections of this chapter or as otherwise provided in this code. The permit fees as set forth in the various sections of this code are the official and controlling provisions.
(B) Prorated fees. Permit fees shall not be prorated unless otherwise specified by this code or by law.
(C) Refunds. Permit fees shall not be refunded in whole or in part unless otherwise specified by this code or by law.
