§ 93.23  REVIEW BY CITY COUNCIL.
   The City Council shall have the right to review the conduct, acts, and decisions of the Urban Forestry Committee.  The City Council may modify, affirm, or reserve any determination of the Urban Forestry Committee.  Any person aggrieved by any ruling or order of the Urban Forestry Committee may appeal to the City Council, which shall hear the matter and make final decisions.
