(A) The spacing of trees will be in accordance with the 3 species size classes listed in § 93.06 of this chapter.
(B) Except in special plantings designed or approved by a landscape architect in accordance with the Urban Forestry Committee, no tree may be planted closer than the following:
(1) Small trees - 15 feet;
(2) Medium trees - 25 feet; or
(3) Large trees - 35 feet.
