It shall be the duty of the Park Rapids Police Department to enforce the provisions of this chapter. Officers and members of the Park Rapids Police Department are authorized to make, or cause to be made, inspections to determine the conditions of exterior premises of property and may, during the course of their inspection, take pictures on the premises.
