(A) No “on-sale” sale of intoxicating liquor shall be made on licensed premises between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days of Monday through Saturday.
(B) On-sale liquor license holders are permitted to sell liquor, in conjunction with the sale of food, for on-premises consumption on Sundays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. on Sundays and 1:00 a.m. on Mondays, with a Sunday liquor license issued by the municipality.

(C) Any violation of any condition of this section may be grounds for revocation or suspension of the license.
(D) Sunday Sales-Brewer Taproom. Notwithstanding M.S. § 340A.504 Subdivision 3, a brewer taproom may be open and may conduct on-sale business on Sundays. A brewer taproom serving intoxicating malt liquor on Sundays must obtain a Sunday license in accordance with this chapter and M.S. § 340A.504.
(1) Additionally, a special Sunday license authorizing the off-sale of malt liquor growlers may be issued to a small brewer.
(2) The hour of such off-sale Sunday growlers shall be from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(3) The fee for such off-sale Sunday growlers license shall be as established from time to time by the City Council, as per § 36.04.
