(A) The Mayor or any 2 members of the Council may call a special meeting of the Council upon reasonable notice to each member of the Council.
(B) This notice shall be given personally to each member, or the information shall be left at the member’s usual place of residence with some responsible person.
(C) Similar notice shall be given to the newspapers and electronic media servicing the city, as time shall permit.
(D) The notice shall be posted at the city hall.
