(A) Regular meetings of the Council shall be held at least monthly on the date and at the time set by the Council at its re-organizational meeting.
(B) Any regular meeting falling upon a holiday shall be held on the next following business day at the same time and place.
(C) All meetings, including special and adjourned meetings, shall be held in a location determined by City Council.
