§ 74.10  RIDING ON SIDEWALKS IN BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   No person shall ride a bicycle on any sidewalk in the business district of the city.  The business district shall consist of those sidewalks within an area bounded on the north by First Street, on the east by Park Avenue, on the south by Fourth Street and on the west by Pleasant Avenue.
