§ 91.48 NOTICE TO REMOVE OR OTHERWISE CORRECT.
   Upon being made aware of an improperly maintained compost/yard waste pile, the Building Inspector shall cause written notification to be served on the owner, lessee, agent, tenant, or person having authority over such land, requiring its removal or correction.
