§ 91.47 IMPROPERLY MAINTAINED COMPOST AND YARD WASTE PILES; NUISANCE.

Any compost/yard waste pile or operation that creates any condition as specified in § 91.46 shall be considered improperly maintained and injuriously affecting the public health, safety, and welfare, and is hereby declared a nuisance.
