§ 91.13 HEARING BOARD; RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENFORCEMENT.

The Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board shall act as the Hearing Board for enforcement of this chapter. The responsibility for the enforcement of the nuisance code is delegated to the city Police Department. The Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board and the city Police Department shall operate in accordance with Ch. 30 of the city code in the enforcement of this chapter.
