§ 30.112 LIENHOLDER NOTIFICATION SYSTEM.
   The Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board shall establish and maintain a lienholder notification system on behalf of the city. The Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board shall obtain and maintain priority over previously filed liens, as provided in § 30.110, in accordance with the provisions of KRS 65.8836.
