(A) All non-elected city officers and professional contractors shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council.
(B) Such officers and professional contractors may be removed by the Mayor at-will unless otherwise provided by statute, ordinance, or other law.

(C) All officers shall take the constitutional oath of office within 30 days of receiving the notice of appointment.
