§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person or persons who violate any provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to punishment by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than 30 days, or by both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.

   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 93.15 or 93.16 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to punishment by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than 30 days, or by both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
