§ 71.05 BUS ROUTES DESIGNATED.

No bus shall be operated over any street within the city, except for those designated in Chapter 74, Schedule II, unless a special permit to operate shall have been previously obtained. School buses are an exception and may be operated on any street in the city so long as the school bus is being used for the pick-up or delivery of children within the city.
