§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this title for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating the terms of § 70.04 shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $15 and the costs of prosecution.
