903.02 PERMIT REQUIRED TO WORK ON SIDEWALK.

No owner shall pave, relay or repair any sidewalk without first obtaining from the City Engineer a permit to do so. All such paving, relaying or repairing of any sidewalk shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the City Engineer. (1947 Code §25.41)
