789.05 ARTICLE TO BE ADMINISTERED BY DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.

This article shall be administered by the Director of Finance. The Director is hereby authorized to promulgate such regulations as are necessary and reasonable to carry out the provisions of this article. (Ord. 0-495. Passed 3-24-87.)
