773.35 PHYSICIANS, SURGEONS AND PODIATRISTS.

Effective July 1, 1989, the annual fee to carry on the business of a physician, surgeon or podiatrist shall be eight dollars ($8.00). When used in this section, "physician, surgeon and/or podiatrist" means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code 30-3-4(3) and 30-3-4(4).
