   773.34 PERSONAL CARE HOME.
   Effective July 1, 1989, the annual fee to carry on the business of a personal care home shall be one dollar ($1.00) per bed. When used in this section, "personal care home" means the same facility as defined in West Virginia Code 16-5C-2(d).
