   773.28 REAL ESTATE BROKER.
   Effective July 1, 1989, the annual fee to carry on the business of a real estate broker shall be eight dollars ($8.00). When used in this section, "real estate broker" means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code 47-12-2(a).
