773.25 PRIVATE DETECTIVES AND INVESTIGATORS.

Effective July 1, 1989, the annual fee to carry on the business of a private detective and/or investigator shall be eight dollars ($8.00). When used in this section, "private detective or investigator" means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code 30-18-2.
