773.23 PHYSICAL THERAPIST.

Effective July 1, 1989, the annual fee to carry on the business of a physical therapist shall be eight dollars ($8.00). When used in this section, "physical therapist" means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code 30-20-2(c).
