773.22 OSTEOPATHIC PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS.

Effective July 1, 1989, the annual fee to carry on the business of an osteopathic physician and/or surgeon shall be eight dollars ($8.00). When used in this section, "osteopathic physician or surgeon" means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code 30-14-2.
