   773.20 NURSING HOME.
   Effective July 1, 1989, the annual fee to carry on the business of a nursing home shall be two dollars ($2.00) per bed. When used in this section, "nursing home" shall mean that facility as defined in West Virginia Code 16-5C-2(c).
