773.19 NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATORS.

Effective July 1, 1989, the annual fee to carry on the business of a nursing home administrator shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). When used in this section, "nursing home administrator" means that same person as defined in West Virginia Code 30-25-1(2).
