The annual fee to carry on the business of a hospital with beds of five to forty-nine in number shall be twenty dollars ($20.00); with beds of fifty to ninety-nine in number shall be thirty dollars ($30.00); with beds of 100 to 199 in number shall be forty dollars ($40.00); with beds of 200 in number or more shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). When used in this section, "hospital" means that facility as defined in West Virginia Code 16-5B-1.
